NITTY GRITTY

ECHO Food makes every effort to keep all information on our website up to date and correct, the information is for reference only. 

Prices quoted on our website are dependent on the size of your event. 

We have a minimum number of 12 guests for a private dinner party, 

A minimum of 20 guests for a canapé order

We have a minimum order value of £120. 

 

After a discussion or consultation, an estimate and details 

of your event will be sent to you.

 

BOOKING FEE, DEPOSITS, CHARGES & PAYMENTS 

A booking fee of £300 is required to secure the date of your event. 

For smaller events we charge a smaller booking fee.

 

This booking fee is transferable should you need to choose a different date for your event

and we are available for your new date. 

The booking fee is non refundable should you choose to cancel your event. 

This booking fee will be deducted from the final invoice for the event.

For weddings and large events we ask for a 50% payment of the final balance

2 weeks before the date of the event. 

We send the final invoice the day after the event for payment within 7 days. 

For smaller functions we send the final invoice the day 

after the event for payment within 7 days.

We accept payments by bank transfer, cash or cheque. 

 

Children over the age of 3 and under the age of 12 are charged at half the adult price.

All children over the age of 12 are charged the full adult price.

Children under the age of 3 are not charged.

 

Delivery charges are included in the price unless we are required to travel more

than 10 miles out of the Malmesbury area, in which case we charge 50p per mile.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellation charges are payable for cancelations of any confirmed event. 

The following charges will apply… 

Within 28 days of the event 25% of the quoted price 

Within 14 days of the event 50% of the quoted price 

Within 7 days of the event 100% of the quoted price 

 

The number of guests and any dietary requirements must be confirmed

no later than 14 days before your event,

after this time any decrease in numbers cannot be accepted 

and the full charge will be made. 

 

The client is responsible for any loss or damage to hired equipment either provided by ECHO Food or a third party contractor from the time of delivery until collection, any losses, damage or breakages will be charged at the full replacement cost. It is the client’s responsibility to provide adequate insurance for any hired equipment. 

 

 

 

LIABILITY 

Echo Food is fully covered by public liability insurance. We advise that all food should be consumed after 2 hours of serving, any food consumed after this is at the client’s discretion and therefore their responsibility. 

 

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

At ECHO Food we are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment for internal use only. We ask our clients for information such as name, email address, postal address and phone numbers to provide you with appropriate menus 

and quotations for the services Echo Food provide.The information we request from you is to ensure we provide you with excellent service, including regular updates via email regarding 

Echo Food events, products and any new services.If you would rather not receive this information, please email us to let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list. 

 

We will never collect information about you without your consent nor would we sell, trade, rent or pass on customer information to any other companies or organisations

You can email or write to us requesting to view the information. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete and/or correct it.
