This limited edition cook book has a varity of recipes collected over twenty years of ECHO FOOD. From simple things on toast to dinner party dishes to wow your guests. Each recipe has its own photograph along with notes on how to adapt for vegetarians and vegans, advise on ingredients and alternative ingredient suggestions.

ECHO FOOD RANGE
The ECHO Food range
comprises of jams, marmalade, jellies, relishes, chutneys, pickles, dressings, infused extra virgin olive oils and oak smoked garlic.
All hand made from locally sourced, allotment and home grown ingredients at Southgate Cottage.
At Christmas time we make
our little Christmas cakes, along with our chocolate salami both with vegan and gluten free versions.
Our varied, delicious homemade treats make fantastic gifts.

CANAPES
We suggest that 8 -12 selections
of canapés for each of your
guests would adequately satisfy
a substantial appetite over a
three to four hour period.
Should you require light food
5 - 8 selections,
for pre dinner canapés
2 to 4 would be sufficient.
Costs start from £1.30 per portion
Minimum of 20 people.

WEDDINGS

We specialise in small, intimate weddings that have a maximum number of 60 guests.
ECHO offer a bespoke service
to suit your personal taste,
theme and budget for your

We can also organise equipment hire, waiting staff, marquees and anything else that may be required.

THE CHEESE STACK
ECHO's signature cheese stack can be ordered as an attractive, alternative presentation of the traditional cheese board for any occasion.
​
The stack is compiled from a selection of
whole British and Continental cheeses,
accompanied by
ECHO FOOD's delicious range of
hand made relishes and chutneys.
From £5.00 per person.
It is particularly popular in the evening for wedding receptions. Once the "Cake" has been cut we disassemble and present on a feasting style table along with fresh bread and crackers.
Cured and Smoked meats, Salmais, olives, marianted and pickled vegetables can be added for a more substantial feast.
BUFFETS, BIG PAN
& BBQ
ECHO can cater for every occasion.
From a sumptuous spread for a special celebration to an informal meal for a gathering of friends & family.

Big pans are a great way of feeding a crowd for any occasion.
We have an extensive range of dishes that can be cooked in our big pans, creating real theatre and a great talking point.

If you would like a Barbeque, we offer a great selection of marinated meats & fish, homemade burgers and delicious vegetarian options accompanied by a fantastic selection of salads to make your barbeque perfect.
The barbeques and pans we use are powered by propane gas so they can be used off grid, perfect for Marquee or outside events.

FUNERALS
We understand that bereavement can be an
extremely sad and difficult time.
Echo provides a discreet funeral catering service
at your home or chosen venue,
providing simply delicious food, using the highest
quality ingredients we can find.
We are able to look after every aspect of the hospitality, arranging hire of tableware, linen and
anything else that is required.
We prepare the table ready for your return
and offer considerate, unobtrusive service.
If you prefer, we can simply just supply the food.
