Leanne recently married Jon and relocated ECHO to Malmesbury, where their business is set to grow with the help of the ECHO vegetable garden and their free range chickens.
Jon is a keen forager, so wild mushrooms, crayfish, wild garlic and hedgerow berries find their way into the ECHO kitchen through the seasons.
ECHO's style of cooking, presentation and ultimately sumptuous eating, reflects the inspiring influences from Leanne's travels overseas, the nostalgia of her Mother's cooking and a definitive natural talent.
All this culminates in ECHO's uncomplicated, unpretentious and simply delicious food.
